This Return Policy applies to products purchased from Phunlaxxchroxxen through , including Farnio food supplements, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Cross-border and local rights
We ship from or fulfil orders according to the details we give you at purchase. If you live outside New Zealand, mandatory consumer laws in your country may still apply to distance sales. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Cooling-off and defective goods
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened. If a product is faulty, statutory warranty rules may apply.
Condition of returns
To be eligible for refund where permitted, items should be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened food supplements may not be returnable unless defective, depending on applicable law.
How to start a return

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, unless a longer period is permitted by law.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you may bear direct costs of returning goods as permitted by law.
